Property owners and agents must ensure that all information in their listings is accurate, complete, and not misleading. This includes property descriptions, prices, images, and availability status.

While we strive to verify listings, Propland Realtor does not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by third parties. Users are encouraged to independently verify all property details before making any decisions or transactions.

Propland Realtor acts as a platform connecting buyers, sellers, renters, and agents. We are not a party to any transactions and do not represent either party in property transactions. All agreements are between the parties involved.

Users acknowledge that they are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, including property inspections, legal reviews, and financial assessments before entering into any property transaction.

Users may not post listings that are fraudulent, misleading, or violate any laws or regulations. This includes properties that are not legally available for sale or rent, or listings that discriminate based on race, religion, gender, or other protected characteristics.

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

All payments made through Propland Realtor, including but not limited to subscription fees, listing fees, promotional packages, and any other services, are processed securely through our payment gateway.

Users are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring sufficient funds are available for transaction completion. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment issues occur.

All purchases made through Propland Realtor are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

• Subscription packages and membership fees
• Property listing fees and promotional services
• Featured listing upgrades
• Any other paid services or products

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to change of mind, service cancellation, or dissatisfaction with the service.

Propland Realtor reserves the right to modify pricing for our services at any time. Price changes will not affect existing active subscriptions until renewal.

We will provide reasonable notice of any significant price changes. However, promotional pricing and special offers may be modified or discontinued without notice.

All content on the Propland Realtor platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Propland Realtor or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant Propland Realtor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and promoting our services.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us immediately with detailed information.

Users who repeatedly infringe on the intellectual property rights of others will have their accounts terminated.

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

By creating an account, you agree to receive communications from Propland Realtor, including service announcements, administrative messages, and promotional offers. You can opt out of promotional communications at any time.

Propland Realtor and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content provided through our service or the content of any sites linked to our service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Propland Realtor and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that our service will be available at all times. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to all or part of our platform for business and operational reasons.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
